SpamEye is an application that helps you quickly sift through the trash bin
generated by the SCSMFilter and it's plugins operating on the EMWAC IMS mail
server system.

Download:

The download is a single ZIP file containing only a single EXE file.
Install this file on any 32 bit windows machine that has access to the
trashbin directory you're trying to manipulate.
